Mattress needed replaced .... bathroom was disgusting.... and it is in a time zone border getting many people with purpose in the other time zone and the restaurant hours being closed when done at the park and early shut down of breakfast were huge no gos for returning to this establishment.

The breakfast wasn’t much. When we ate there was only three pieces of sausage. The fried eggs were stuck to the paper. They did bring out fresh when we were leaving

NO WATER! COULD NOT TAKE A SHOWER OR DO ANY KIND OF HYGIENE CARE WITH NO WATER!! NO ONE TOLD ME. THEY OFFERED NO RESOLUTION AT ALL!! ALL THEIR LABORERS ARE ILLEGALS!! ALSO, A CRAZY ASS LOOKING BLACK WOMAN WAS LURKING OUTSIDE MY DOOR AND KNOCKED ON MY DOOR. MOST PROBABLY A DRUGGED UP NIGGER HO PROSTITUTE FROM EVANSVILLE OR LOUISVILLE. WE BARELY HAVE ANY NEGROES IN OUR AREA, SO THIS WAS VERY CONCERNING. CARRY A WEAPON WITH YOU HERE!!

The breakfast was good

The bathroom floors were dirty, especially in the corners.,, the beds weren't very comfortable.The pillows were flat.My granddaughter found a stink bug underneath the covers.

When we arrived at the Quality Inn and was very disappointed it didn't look anything like the pics on the website. We didn't stay at this property. We ended leaving after talking to the staff expressing our disappointment. We also didn't feel comfortable staying at this location. It was off the highway with not much if anything around. No cars in the parking lot. The rooms are very dated and smelt. The accommodations in the room were nothing like the pictures. I feel like we were mislead. I know it said it was non-refundable and now we know why. I really feel I should get a refund. I understand there may be a fee but it shouldn't be the whole amount.
