Short drive to holiday world.

I took my 11 yr old daughter and her friend to holiday world (2 days at the park) and was looking for a cheap/close place to stay for the night. For the $ it was a decent older hotel. Pool was nice along with the hot tub. Doller general was literally blocks away along with other places to grab food, snacks, etc. The free breakfast was definitely a +. The room was ok with a couple small issues. I’m glad i had my tools in the truck bc the chain lock on the door was held in place by only 1 partially installed screw. I installed 3 more which i found in my tool box. My daughter and I killed aprox 8-9 flies in our room within the first couple hours of our stay. If the cleaning crews would keep the doors shut while cleaning the rooms the flies/bugs would not be an issue. We arrived at the hotel around 6-7pm. We needed a place to get showers, food, and sleep so we could go back to the park the next morning. Compared to the prices of other hotels in the area…this place satisfied our needs.

A little outdated, but staff is friendly and when it is open the pool, hotub and splash pad are great. The restaurant imside has wonderful saviche.

Crew was very friendly , has a restaurant in the hotel best margaritas ive ever had. Would stay again. Everything is in driving distance .

The bed and towels were clean. The AC worked wonderfully. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and breakfast was delicious

There were a few dead bugs in the bathroom. The room also had a funky smell. The TV also didnt get service? Which did suck. But we were only there for the evening so it wasn't too terrible.

First, i booked for a hotel — this was a motel style. All rooms were open to the outside. Hotels go into a hallway where it feels safer. The first room we were in smelled like cigarette smoke and the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly. We were moved to another room. This room smelled a lot better. However, there were bug particles in the light fixtures, the trim was coming off the wall, the paint was cracking, & the bathroom needs recalked. It was an okay stay. We won’t be staying at this location again.
