Good location, the attached restaurant was great

Water pressure in the shower wasn’t the greatest

The splash pad was nice and the kiddie pool, the adult pool was not very clean. Looked like there was blood splattered on the wall between beds. Bathroom fan sounded like an airplane taking off and smoke alarm randomly buzzed. Girl from front desk came down to try and fix and said maintenance was gone we could move rooms. We didn’t do that because it was late in the evening. The only thing that seemed clean were the bed sheets. Beds are very uncomfortable also.

It was a much less expensive option for the area. The breakfast was well stocked

Location and not in a city type area. The towels and linen were sufficient and not worn down. We didn’t take the time for swimming but it appeared to be well Maintained as far as we could see.

Unfortunately the room we stayed in needs new carpet there was a major tear in the area in front of the sink area/entrance to toilet/shower area.

Well…our rooms weren’t very clean. The TVs were down and the internet sucked!

Honestly wasn’t a fan of the property in general. The rooms had a smell. Customer experience was awful. I understand that booking could have issues but working with your customer with an issue is the best way to handle things but instead I had to sit and handle things while my dinner got cold, I missed experiencing things the next day during my vacation. I felt it was a horrible experience.
