Good sized bed (although paid for this). Location - very near tram stop

Hosts were surprised to see us despite many notifications of late arrival. Had to phone or knock upon arrival despite advertising 24hr reception (the reason we chose this hotel). Ridiculous charge for an additional night £299, despite being advised our arrival was 2-3am

The bathroom was wrecked. Roof hanging off. Some sort of paint dripped all over the bath. Just very run down for £350 a night.
