"Worth it for the location"

The location was very good, the room was spacious

The room wasn't cleaned once the whole three days we were there. We left in the afternoon on two days and were not back til midnight and the room had not been cleaned

"Wouldn’t stay longer than a night here."

Good value for money. Next to Chinatown.

This was our first time here since it has changed to a&o - we didn’t like it at all. When checking in we were in another building (use to be ibis) and it just looked like an old abandon building. We miss Novotel when it looked fancy and nice.

Posizione centrale perfetta. Camera pulita. Ragazzi alla reception sempre gentili e disponibili. Eravamo a Manchester per due concerti e se mai torneremo sicuramente alloggeremo qui!!!!

Nice and modern and clean, convenient location

There were no tea making facilities in the room I would expect this for £300 for 1 night Also why was I asked for photo ID when checking in as the money had already been taken from my bank before arriving. If one of my party had not had her driving license on her what would have happened as I did not have photo ID with me, why wasn't my bank card sufficient proof of my ID ?

I liked how clean the rooms were. The toilet and shower was also clean. The value was really good and the location was central and in a safe area.
