Room was clean , spotless ,tv was working also air conditioning was working with not right cooling 🙈

Receptionist, check in , communication, proof of ID , 18 years old suddenly not an adults Checking was not pleasant at all

We loved the location. It was very central and perfect for links around the city via Metro from St Peter’s Square. Room was spacious and had a lovely large bathroom.

As we were staying for 2 nights it would have been good to have a kettle to make a hot drink. The room was acceptably clean but could have been better, we even found a receipt on the floor when drawing the curtains which was from the previous occupier. We only had 3 coat hangers for 2 people for a 2 night stay which should be increased.

I liked the speedy checkout and I think the staff were very accommodating. The room could have been a little cleaner but the air con was superb for the heatwave

Needs to be a little cleaner and would smell of bin in the communal areas .
