Room was fine

Check in was a hassle, I was told to scan a QR code file in some information, then after that I was asked to show my booking confirmation. At breakfast there was no bacon or fried eggs

When I arrived at the hotel on June 23, the staff told me that the hotel was fully booked and could not accommodate any more guests. It wasn’t just me — many other guests were also turned away and had to find alternative accommodation on their own at around midnight. The staff said there had been a system failure and advised guests to look for another hotel themselves. This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable beds.

Tea/coffee facilities would have been nice in room considering price we paid. Also some sort of drinking vessel cup or glass in room would have been good.
