"Friendly staff"

Very friendly and courteous staff. The room was spacious and comfortable.

"A Clean Family & Dog Friendly Inn with a pool & hot tub in Willits"

Creekside Inn & Suites is a family & dog friendly Inn in Willits. We were warmly greeted at check-in and found our room to be very clean & comfortable. The pool area on the back of the property was peaceful and relaxing. We also enjoyed the hot tub to warm-up. The continental breakfast was great and the staff was very attentive to the guests’ needs. It is popular in the morning, so make sure to get there early to grab a table. Also, there is plenty of parking at the Inn. The Skunk Train Depot was just a few minutes away, as well as the town square with the movie theater & restaurants.

"Compensation is needed!!"

The Mgr corrected our invoice which was inccurate pricing do to the desk assistant confusing our one night charge with another couples two night charge!

Screaming kids all over the pool running wild! Hot Tub Jets did not work properly and the cement around the tile of the HotTub were cracked and broken!

"Nicely decorated room in great location"

The pretty and comfy room was good-sized, with a big dresser and table and 2 chairs. The location was great, a few minutes’ drive to restaurants and cute Victorian houses in small downtown.

From check-in to when I checked out, the hotel was extremely nice and clean. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was good. I can't say enough about how clean the room was and the price can't be beat.
