Convenient location, easy to get the tram or bus into Basel. Being provided with free travel card was a bonus for getting around too. We arrived in Basel very early and the hotel were kind enough to store our luggage all day. Rooms were quite good size too. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent with very good choice of foods. Provided us with fans for the room too.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. We gingen om 10u30 onze bagage droppen maar konden al meteen inchecken. Leuke bar met lekkere eigen cocktails.

Totul a fost foarte bine . Camera și baia erau bine dotate și moderne. Patul a fost foarte confortabil. Micul dejun a fost perfect pentru a începe ziua excelent. Personalul a fost foarte amabil și de ajutor . Am avut o problemă cu căldura în cameră la ultimul etaj și ne-au dat 2 ventilatoare care au salvat situația . Un bonus a fost Basel card primit de la hotel care ne-a permis să ne deplasăm gratuit în tot orașul . Mulțumim frumos pentru o cazare minunată !

Atenție la căldura de la etajul 5 pe perioada de vară !

I have stayed here a few times before for business travel. Always comfortable, clean, basic needs met. Great breakfast! Just what you need for a quick stay. Staff are always friendly and good customer service! There is an ironing room on the 4th floor! 😁
