Proximity to city tram 14 Bus 30 from train station Aperol spritz😉

We did have a choice to change rooms as air cond only managed by hotel in the room we had but were able to have a fan which we were not advised of initially at check-in but overheard reception staff telling someone else

"Excellent Hotel and Staff!"

Great Location - It was about a 10 min. walk to our conference center. Great Staff - special shout out to Alexandru and his colleagues at reception. They were always very helpful and also professional in the way they welcomed us. Great Breakfast - Start your day right and the staff at the breakfast reception was kind and helpful. I love a hot breakfast, so that's exactly what I got - eggs over-easy or scrambled and great coffee!!! Rooms are big enough and room coffee machine was excellent. Excellent and powerful shower.

Cleanliness-wise, I noticed an unclean coffee mug that was not replaced. I am a "white-glove" hotel reviewer and I notice things. Everything else was clean.
