It would of been better if you pool wasn’t out of order

Stayed here because of a wrestling event! Great experience, desk clerk was amazing! Very nice place! Pool was not on but that was ok! She recommended places for us, chatted about our event and she made sure we had what we needed. Love this place

Poor housekeeping. No hand towels or wash cloths. Room not made up at the end of the first night.

Also looks like pool has been closed for years.

Our room needed a thorough deep cleaning, the chair stained and needs a cushion cover washed, hall carpets need shampooing and would you fix the pool or not advertise you have one (it's been broken for over a year now that I know of)

Two things stood out to me during our stay, first was the lack of attention to detail when they cleaned the room before we arrived. First was the Dr Pepper behind the trash can. We also noticed the next morning that the shampoo had not been replenished but there was conditioner. The second was the general overall repair of the facilities. In our room the closet door would not stay closed, the TP dispenser was broken and the caulking in the bathroom around the corners looked sad. The staff was apologetic and were very pleasant but it seemed like they were limited on what they were able to do in regards to repairs. There is room for improvement.

The staff was incredibly nice! The property isn't too far from Tulsa and the rates are great. Nice continental breakfast in the morning, too!

Worst thing - very bad odor coming from sink when the water was turned on. Also black mold on bathroom ceiling, comforter needed washing, all carpets old, need replacing. This property desperately needs an whole building upgrade and a better manager. The breakfast was the best thing - scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, biscuits and gravy. The front desk attendant had to double cooking breakfast - she was really trying.

Booked this stay with our kids and grandkids specifically because they advertised an indoor pool. When we checked in around 7:30pm the pool was not working. When we got to our room the a/c was not working. And when we asked where we could find ice we were told the ice machines were not working. We told the lady at the front desk that we wouldn't be staying and wanted our money back. She said we would not be charged. Turns out I was charged because I booked through Hotels.com. Have called the property several times to get a refund and each time I've been told that the only person that can do that is VJ and as it turns out VJ is never available. Would never stay at this property again. Also, Hotels.com has been no help in this matter.

I didn't like the stained up dirty towels. They only brought us 2 towels for a double queen room. Could've been cleaner
