"Not the Average Beach Experience"

This is a jewel of a place! Everyone was EXTREMELY, OVER THE TOP PLEASANT and COURETOUS. EXCELLENT Food, Service, and the room was VERY CLEAN( a must for me). Not your average stay at the beach, which was just steps out my door. An Elevated Beach Experience ⛱️

"Charming Location but could use some updating"

The location is beautiful and convenient. Beaches are spectacular and the golf course was fun. The main clubhouse and spa are both updated and lovely. The room I stayed in was also renovated and very attractive. There is unfortunately a large number of rooms, pool areas and restaurants that are in desperate need of renovation. Almost like a tale of two cities be very careful what room you book they range from Fiur Seasons like to Motel 6

Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion.

"Amazing staff at a lovely hotel by the beach!"

You know when you arrive to check-in but quickly learn you were supposed to arrive four days earlier? 🤣 Tyler Smith, at the front desk, assured me it happens all the time and quickly resolved the situation. Got the room I wanted that had a fantastic view of the beach. It's a lovely hotel - treat yourself!

Great resort on the beach with wonderful service. I stayed for work but would equally pick this resort to travel with my family. The rooms and the service were of a great standard but the location on the beach was amazing! Room service was consistent and to a high standard.
