The whole experience was excellent and there is very little to add to the above answers. Just one thing - we were waiting to check on the hotel terrace when we noticed new construction work being carried out next door to the hotel. The staff tried to place us in that part of the hotel nearest to the works and we refused. The staff were excellent with their response and placed us on the other side of the hotel.

Less than half an hour away from Palma you can find this perfect place with a great poolside for relaxation and a natural beach. The property and rooms are all beautiful and the hotel has great choices for quality dining. Staff was very well trained and took care of everything professionally. I can't see a reason why I would not stay here again.

A more casual dining option would be great.

Our little family truly enjoyed every moment, thanks to your outstanding hospitality. The entire staff was attentive and kind, but we were especially impressed by the Mar Restaurant—the food was exceptional, and the service made our meals even more delightful. We’d also like to give a special shout-out to your two young doormen, whose warmth and helpfulness left a lasting impression. They not only assisted us with great care but also brought joy to our little baby! Unfortunately, we couldn’t see their name tags to mention them personally on their black suit—would you be so kind as to share their names with us? We’d love to acknowledge them properly for their kindness.
