We have stayed at this hotel many times and always had an enjoyable experience. This time not so much. I booked the same category room as always, deluxe ocean view and felt really cheated with the room we were allocated. Looking from the room all we could see was a large crane and building work. Had to go out on to the balcony to see any water . We were tucked away in the farthest corner . Not sure why as the hotel was not busy. I did mention to the front desk and didn’t get much response. Mentioned again at checkout , same person I complained to before and she never asked how our stay was and she couldn’t explain why we were allocated such a room!! Felt really cheated and disappointed. Must add that apart from this one person all of the staff were without fault. Photo attached to show our deluxe ocean view !!!

The staff was excellent. Isabel that works at Terra was amazing. Isabel took great care of me when I visited the Terra restaurant. The Regis Mallorca was amazing. Everything is beyond me expectations. 5 stars to the staff especially Christina the butler and Isabel at restaurant Terra. Highly recommend this property. Don the bartender was amazing he was great.

We used concierge did book excursions. When we were picked up the driver didn’t know where he was going and got us to a tour at caves late so we missed tour and had to wait 1 1/2 hours for next one. limo then charged us an extra 200 dollars and hotel manager said basically it is our problem and there is nothing they will do. Hotel is beautiful don’t use concierge .

Staff fantastic, very helpful. Stay was exceptional and hotel is wonderful

First of all , it was disappointing ! The concierge wasn’t friendly and helpful at all !that’s first ! Second , the reception not well organized, the resort is small ! Just a pool and all kids in it ! There is no one at the reception after 9 pm as if duty finished ! The hotel entrance dirty ! The cars drop off not organized! The valet not available most of the time ! The price that we paid was exaggerated compared to what we get as services ! When we checked out in all 5 stars hotels there is someone responsible to make sure that all is good and well spend but at st Regis no one there to check on you ! It s overrated and not worthy !
