"My daughter left her watch and they immediately went to the room and had it at the front desk waiting for her! Not ofte"

The location and staff were great!!

They state they are queen beds. They are not, they are full beds. I ended up sleeping on the couch, which was not as comfortable as a bed!

"Frustrating"

We were placed in the middle of chaos and right next to the elevator. Apparently, some sports teams were staying at the hotel. Folks were talking loudly, running through the hallway, slamming doors, and it sounded like someone was going to come through the ceiling. This went on way after 1 am. My husband and I were exhausted the next morning from the lack of sleep. There was also an individual smoking marijuana on the outside veranda, which came in through the air conditioner since we were located right above this area.
