Convenient

Room wouldn't cool down. Floor was sticky. No ice machine on my floor. Drapes didn't block out the spotlight in front of the building

Couldn't regulate temperature of room. Turned ac temp up twice but room still freezing. Had to turn it off. Missed breakfast because I had to leave at 5

What I like about the facilities the room was very spacious and clean and the beds was really comfortable and the staff was friendly

I did not like the fact that when I was about to get ready for the pool they tell me that the pool is closed for maintenance on the weekend when this is the reason most people book a hotel with the pool and that was absolutely disappointed in the worst way!!!!!!!
