Not a fan of bagged breakfast. Bagel fell out of the supposedly sealed cellophane bag and it was stale.Looked like someone went thru the bag and returned to front desk.
My room has no coffeepot just a machine, no shampoo or soap. The front desk people were nice.
A/C were not working the whole night. I went to lobby to talk to the lady and she and the security guy started argument at me saying that they can not do nothing and that I had to talk to someone else. Letting me know that they don’t care about the visitors.
Nothing for human. Front desk is unprofessional Customer service not available on normal hours No manager there to take to Parking lot dirty with trash Smells like cigarette, and drugs even inside the room Never booked with them again I also canceled my next stays with them in the same location I didn’t care for the refunds. I will booked somewhere else
The air conditioner did not work. It was 82 degrees in the room.

Roof was leaking everywhere. Dark, air conditioning not working in the room.
First clerk we dealt with, Tony, was great. Every other person, especially man watering flowers was rude. Telling us to smoke in truck, not just outside, even though there were other people smoking right by the front door. Bed was not comfortable, asked for towels and washcloths, they had no washcloths. Normally, i don't complain about a place, things happen, places are short staffed, but this was totally unacceptable.
The room smelled like cigarette smoke and marajuana. Said no other tooms available but had lots of rooms and not many cars in the parking lot. Staff was friendly but that is the only thing i can say positive about the property. Qe left at midnight.
