Workers were extremely rude. Also, there was no hot water? I’ve never seen anything like it. Absolutely awful. I’d rather sleep in a cardboard box.
This place is straight up hotel nightmare Infact probably one of the worst place I have come across in my life... Avoid at any cost.... And also if u would like to live inside a sauna be my guest at u cost... More Than 85% rooms ac don't work... also toilets r nightmare..... be aware. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED... PLACE LIKE THIS IS NOT WORTH $1... PERIOD... I WOULDNT EVEN LIVE FOR FREE.... MANAGER IS A SCUM.....
In fairness, for whatever reason, the room was VERY uncomfortably warm. HVAC system was not serviced since the fall. I wasn't informed of this at check in. Also, unforseen charge at check in...VERY UPSETTING!
Hotel was absolutely disgusting. Food all over the hallways. Couldn’t get into the room. Waited on staff for over 30 minutes to get our keys to open our door. When in the room smelt of urine. The bed sheets were covered in hair & dirt. & bathroom was filthy. Left immediately & dealing with head office for a refund as management at property couldn’t be bothered to help us

Heavy smell of smoke in the room and very noisy in the hallway
I had stayed at this location prior to it becoming Quality Inn and Suburban with minimal issue. Since the changes, everything about Quality has gone down hill. The hallways were freezing, loud patrons in the hallways all night, vomit in the hallways, over filled trashcans everywhere, no salt at backdoor entrance. The hotel had an odd vibe kinda felt like a halfway house. I will NOT be returning.
The Room smelled like mildew and smoke. Not thick enough blankets on the bed. No clear direction on how to get to the rooms. It was a maze. Breakfast was to be open at 6:00am as the sign says and it was 6:45am and not yet open. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Disappointing stay.
D Angelo the manager was great at checking in. The nice lady at the breakfast area was great and refilled things that had gotten low. Very nice staff. Very clean and well kept
