Booked for several days. Left a few belongings in room only to find out we had to return home for personal reasons so our stay was never complete. $400 spent for a room that was never used. The manager D'Angelo wouldn't even consider a partial refund. Even worse was his rude, belligerent behavior. Leaning on the counter the entire time because he's so tired of his job he can't be bothered to stand up and act like a professional. When I told him I wouldn't be back his response was "that's fine". There are too many other places to stay in this area to put up with that sort of attitude. Avoid or go at your own risk.
Property was not good at all. Loud music in the parking lot. Staff were complicent. I will not recommand to stay with family. We stayed two nights. Room AC was not funcional at all. Issue was not resolved on the same day. They change to room after several request on the next day. Need lot of repair in the room. I believe the hotel management faied to maintain standard of the hotel.

I like the cleainess of the room but me and my kids had no air front desk man attitude was nasty the morning person ...We was over heating they never came to let at the air system ....so it was like we was not feeling well

AC unit was broken in room. Staff refused to fix. Had to leave and find a new hotel and now hoping and waiting to be refunded. DO NOT STAY HERE. Room was absolutely filthy.
Service was non-existant. most of the time was a sign at the desk that said "Be Back Soon". Waited 20 minutes for someone to check me in. Room AC did not work. Front desk said "its old, I'll look at it on Monday" .... it was Saturday afternoon. I was checking out Monday. Place is old dingy. Elevator lights broken, carpet worn, lobby not inviting at all. Front desk sloppy disorganized. Psrking lot had abandoned cars with flat tires. Place did not feel safe. Card key system old and broke down a lot. very long walk to the rooms. No enforcement of quiet rules. kids running the halls until after midnight with women shouting at them at all hours. Place is a dump DO NOT STAY HERE! the only reason i stayed was because 2..5 nights of my 3 were free with points.
No Hot Water! Was told it would be turn on in the morning, but still no Hot water. Was told I would receive a refund but did not receive when I checked out!! Disappointed but the room and the bed was nice and comfortable I would have stayed another night. But no Hot Water so no to staying another night!!!
