Hotel was very odd. Staff was freindly but not well trained or professional. Staff did not direct us where the room was, it took us forever to find our room. Hallway smelled like smoke, it was cold. Once we figured out where our room was, the key card didnt work well, after about a minute the doorlock finally activated and we could enter. Room was clean but the thermistat was cracked and the yv remote was missing its back and batteries. Had to snake our way back to the fron desk to get batteries. She scrounged around through a drawer until she found a single aa batery and another remote with two aaa batteries.
Desk people were a bit unorganized the building it self needs up dating as well as the heating systems
Didn’t like anything about it. Super dirty. Creepy. Booked online and didn’t even stay the night. Went to a different Inn
Called me at 12 am to tell me they have to cancel my reservation because there were no rooms available
Filthy, malfunctions with keys, front desk very slow and rude, building freezing cold
CAIf I could give 0/5 I would. - had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive at front desk to check in, evening staff seemed annoyed by our arrival - when we arrived there were several kids under 13 running in the lobby and down halls without any adults in sight - dirty halls, popcorn, garbage and general unidentified dirt - mirrors and windows very dirty and smeared - no window to outside - gross unknown brown substance on thermostat and other parts of walls and doorframe - broken iron and ironing board - screaming kids, including a young child until 12:30 am - room was 86F even though it was a cool fall day, and no window to outside to help it cool down, we ran air conditioning all night I keep it cool - windows to rooms with extended stay guests were just gross - whole hotel smelled like pot, and hotel features they used to have (eg patio) were beyond repair - morning staff were actually lovely

No air conditioning- toilet leaked - no out power outlet , had to improvise
Poor management, and customer service. Checked in, but room was not ready, room entry key malfunctioned. Had to find another near by hotel for my hold stay. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone or thing.. They refused to refund my money, 330 dollars for a stay that did not happen.
I HATE THEY REMOVED THE SWIMMING POOL. TAKES AWAY FROM TYE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.
