The floor looked new. Did not have bed bugs. Towels and sheets smelled good. Had nice water pressure, and the water did not have any oder to it. Ac worked amazing

The refrigerator had 3 containers of food left from who knows when. I requested non smoking, it smelled like someone had, and they tried to cover it with cleaning supply, it was a very strong fake limon smell that gave me a headache, and made me nauseous. ( i bought air freshener and sprayed the room down every morning and night and kept the door open in the morning when packing the car for the day to delute the smell in the room and made it tolerable for the last 2 nights I called a week in advance and asked if there was a coffee pot in the room, the woman who answered said all the rooms had brand new coffee pots, there was not one. The TV had 2 remotes. One worked the volume the other changed channels, was very had for my dad to figure out. The pillows were flat blanket was thin, I had to go buy a blanket for my dad to use as we were there for 3 nights. The bathroom door would not shut looked like it had been kicked in ( room 14) so my dad stuck a Gatorade bottle lid in the hole so that we were able to have privacy for the three days stay. One of the nights at 2:30ish am a car came in to the parking lot blaring music and the people talked out side for a bit before going in to a room and making a lot of load thuding sounds. No one ever came to clean the rooms, make the beds, take out trash, or add toilet paper ( we did run out the last morning) or change out the towels/washcloths. could not get anyone to answer the phone for over 30 min the one day and no one was in the office when we checked out, even though it says someone is there at all times. So was impossible to get more. There was some weird hooks hanging from the ceiling in one spot as well that, I was confused, curious, and made me a little uneasy. The smoke alarm was not there, however thru the night it sounded like I could hear one making that chirping sound when they want new battery's. The night stand drawer was broken. The one lamp was broken held together with foam and tape?

Bathroom and shower were old and not clean.

Greeted by friendly owner when we arrived who gave us the key to our room. My kids and I stayed here during a trip to Wellsville in the summer. We wanted air conditioning for a night and a tv to watch with children’s shows. We found Simpsons on FX and PBS Kids before bedtime were great! The place was a motel style with private entrance which we appreciated for an easy commute to our vehicle and other guests were quiet. It was the middle of the week. Typical motel setup with the basics. We also appreciated being able to check in at 2:30pm which I believe check in is at noon according to hotels.com so that was a bonus since it’s earlier than other motels. This was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. Thank you.

Room was bad , lights very dim , bad smell , did not feel safe , door felt unsecured, shady individuals outside of room , Miracle stood in room for 10 minutes mainly because family looking for another hotel to spend the night, once found gave back room key to front desk and never looked back, Disgusted with hotel and Disappointed Hotels.com for having this as a choice, this is a first for me and my family a refund for not spending the night in those conditions is valid

Quiet location out of town, close to a restaurant.

The motel needs an incredible face lift. Needs lots of work to upgrade and regiuvenate. The potential is there....! Don't lose faith...it can be done 👍👍👍

The room was musty and set off my allergies. The mattress was old and very uncomfortable.

Not good at all ,poor costumer service and poor management and cleaning

I slept like a log, but it wasn’t even close to being “modern.” Clean, but no breakfast offered.
