Best Inn

Was in a great location, not far from the best part of wellsville restaurant selection. Although if you plan to go out to eat make sure you have cash. Modern diner is nicely priced, Texas hot is okay good but on the expensive side.

Floor had some dirt on it, could feel with my feet. Shower was cramped, shower head needed cleaned/replaced, could not control hot and cold would be a perfect temp and all of a sudden too hot or too cold, shower drain had a sharp edge and cut my toe. The other bed I could see spots on it, westher fluid, or mold idk. The one towel also had the same marks. Although for $63 a night for my stay I am overall still happy!

This place is a dump. It appears that most of the rooms are on a month to month bases. The room was dirty it reeked of pot and cigarette smoke furniture was broken the chairs in the room was cheep lawn furniture. There was no control for the heat so the air conditioner ran almost continuous .the refrigerator was totally iced up and ran continuously the bathroom needed to be totally gutted and re modeled. I don’t think the windows have ever been washed. The entrance door did not shut or lock properly you could see day light all around the door. DO NOY STAY HERE

There was fish skin and dried food stuck in the bathroom sink,I took pics.. shower didn't work, no towels!!!!! No sheets!!!!!!!!!!! Beds were old worn and looked like found on side of road.. this place needs to demolished..had a lot of trouble just trying to get my door to open... I will never stay here again, no sleep

Place was disgusting from the property outside to the walls inside, bathrooms and everything in-between. I guess if you have a hole in the shower the answer to to cover it with a frosted flakes box. Seems legit. We will fight for our refunds or file charge backs with credit card company

The place where dirty and had bed bugs infected. Also the heat didn't work and bed spread needed washing big time. I would not recommend this and I will never stay there again
