All good..Seema at the front seat was an all star

Construction at lobby area was dusty

Staff were lovely, room was nice. We had a good view. There was a fridge and a safe in the room.

No tea and coffee in the room. Lifts took an awful long time to arrive, even when empty.

Equally walkable distance from Pike Place and the Convention Center! Great for a first time visitor! Very comfortable bed and lovely views of the cities buildings! There's also a bar and restaurant on the lobby floor but I didn't get to try. Also a short four blocks to / from the SEA airport train stop if you take it down to the hotel (40 min ride, a few blocks uphill upon arrival).

There was construction in the lobby but I think it's ending soon! The bathtub had peeling paint and there was a dirty towel left on my shower curtain but all else felt very clean and comfortable! Nothing it was freezing at night cause the wind kind of blows through the cracks of the windows.

La habitación estaba muy bien. Amplia, limpia, con muy buenas vistas, todo estupendo. El personal también muy amable, nos ayudó en todo momento, hasta nos recomendó sitios para visitar. En general, muy bien el hotel, muy bien ubicado cerca del centro si vas de turismo, excelente.

Todo estuvo genial. El único inconveniente era que estaban de obras en la recepción y había un poco de polvo y muchas personas trabajando, pero no es motivo de desagrado, simplemente fue mala suerte. No afecto en nuestra experiencia.
