Très bonnes prestations. Bon emplacement dans le centre de Seattle et avec accès direct depuis l'aéroport en tramway (3!$!)

L'hôtel était en travaux. Mais cela n'était pas très gênant et devrait permettre de gagner encore en confort! Accueil pas forcément très souriant au check-in et au check-out.

The room is spacious and hotel very close to the Pike Place Market (but is on a steep hill so going is easy but coming back is a work out).

The hotel was in a middle of renovation, so the pathway to the lobby was a messy, the water pressure was very weak and very difficult to take a shower especially in the morning (the water time to time suddenly stops, too). In the morning, the cleaning staff will use metal key to knock the door (door bells not working yet) to check if the guest is still in the room or vacant; however, you can hear the high-pitch sound across the hall so it was very annoying. Lastly, when checking out (after all this), the lobby staff does not greet, does not look at you, minimum response, which makes you feel unwelcomed and not wanted to stay.

Receptionist on check out not welcoming or friendly.
