Tired rooms, bathroom could do with update. Ordered food and it didn’t turn up for 45 mins so asked a staff member and they went to check up and brought it out, cold. Have stayed before but it had definitely gone downhill since our last visit.

Very comfortable room and we had a view of the airport runway which we enjoyed. The room was very quiet with nice decor. We chose not to use the kiosk check-in and the desk check-in we received was friendly and efficient.

The foyer had several tour groups arrive simultaneously and appeared crowded initially but the hotel managed the groups efficiently and were cleared quickly.

Friendly staff and wide breakfast selection.

Our dated rooms with very poor maintenance. Smells in the room. Poor ac during a very hot summer period. Needs a massive revamp and guests who have been smoking in the room, room should not be given to next customer until complete smell is gone.
