Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre London Heathrow

The bed was amazingly comfortable and the pillows were lovely and soft.

Tried to arrange afternoon tea, the woman I spoke with from reception had no idea what it was. Checking in went well until I was asked for nationality, it's not on the list. . . . .was told it didn't matter by the guy who was manning the station. Internet connection on my tablet was at best intermittent so called reception from the phone in my room by dialling 0 , they never answered so I gave up. Finally with 3 suitcases I asked about the shuttle to Terminal 4, no there isn't one. . . Had to book a taxi. I will not use Radisson hotels again. Not 4 star service at all. Technology can't replace everything in life, it can assist but it isn't a human being.

We liked everything about the Radisson. Very clean & staff were very friendly.

Close to the airport and had a family room for three people. Very clean.

Check and out with the automatic screens was a pain in the butt. Went to eat at the bar and nobody wanted to help us and the food was cold. I realize it was full because of people watching the World Cup, but we paid a lot of money for cold food.

Convenient for Heathrow. Nice bed. Great breakfast.

Took ages to check in (30m+) The self check in didn't work and then we were told our room was not ready despite it being 11pm. This turned out to be a housekeeping technical hitch on their system (basically someone had not pressed a button to release the room) Just one of those things but late at night and with a long flight next day and having driven from Devon it was a bit of a drag.

Breakfast is standard. No surprise

It's a surprise that hotel guest has to pay extra fee for using the swimming pool. There is no jacuzzi in this hotel

Prefer walk in shower and no bath, long way from reception to room, airport shuttle food not match time table given
