Location.

Elevator broken. Door to go through from parking lot was broken. Wall paper falling off the wall. Fried eggs at breakfast were rock hard. People's dogs barking at 2am. Kept getting woke up from people talking. Hallway on 5th floor where I stayed had the same trash on the floor for 2 DAYS! WHY?

The location is excellent, centrally located around food, shopping, a water park, and. Of course, Phoenix.

For whatever reason, the pool was closed during our stay. It reopened the morning we were leaving.

Breakfast was good. Variety of foods to choose from.

The toliets are not good for seniors they should be at least 17" not 15"..
