"My stay was exceptional but could be better"

The clean rooms

The staff are rude . I’ve been put on long hold times while trying to book another night. The breakfast egg and sausage kept running out before I could get some. My room key kept deactivating

"Comfortable room in Mesa"

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nice. The location was perfect for us as we were traveling cross country and wanted to see friends and family in Phoenix. The beds were comfortable and the room was fairly spacious.

There were several things that were not working including one of the elevators and a couple of the ice machines. A little TLC would make this place a 10.

"This use to be a much nicer, comfortable place to stay when visiting Mesa. It has lowered its stand"

Didn't eat there

One teeny bar of soap for 2 people to shower with. Is soap that expensive considering we paid almost $200 to stay there? Hair dryer was broken, parts of it fell off when removed from the bag.
