Dune House Hotel & Spa

I visit Atlantic Beach every Christmas and my family and I always stay at One Ocean Resort & Spa. It is always a wonderful time especially this time of year. The service, staff, are amazing and the brunch w/ a view was phenomenal every single time!

Parking attendant was quick and attentive. Check in was very easy and straightforward. Room had a great view and didn't hear a lot of hallway noise which was great. Was a little too windy for the pool, but it looked well maintained and clean.

Toni & Ana at the waffle & coffee bar were superb! So hospitable & fun! Beautiful hotel walking distance from the beach & lots of great restaurants and shops. Quaint little beachy village vibe in the Neptune Beach neighborhood 🌴

I was out for a walk on beach with my boyfriend and we decided to stop in One Ocean for breakfast and to our surprise the personal service and genuine conversation with Toni was a pleasure. We enjoyed a delicious waffle along with our coffee, was absolutely amazing!!! I’m so excited to come back to check out the new look and experience the wonderful service once again!

My wife and I stayed at One Ocean Resort with our daughter to celebrate our anniversary, and even though our visit was only one night, it truly felt like we had traveled far beyond Jacksonville. From the moment we arrived, there was an immediate sense of calm and escape, the kind that makes you slow down and actually breathe. The service was warm, genuine, and incredibly personable. Every interaction felt thoughtful and unforced, and we were made to feel both welcomed and at home right away. The recognition of our anniversary was a beautiful touch and meant a lot to us. It’s those small, intentional moments that really set a resort apart. What stood out most was how seamlessly the resort caters to both couples and families. It felt equally romantic and relaxing while still being comfortable and welcoming for our daughter, which is no easy balance to strike. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to our next visit. Hearing that renovations and new additions are on the horizon only makes us more excited to return. One Ocean Resort is a true gem, and we can’t wait to experience it again.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff is fantastic, hotel looks amazing and who wouldn’t want to be at the beach! Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Came here for a banquet earlier in the month and it was amazing. The food, drinks and service from the team were top notch. Looking forward to seeing the new renovations in the new year and coming back next year!

Despite the hotel being under construction, I had a very comfortable stay. Everything was clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They truly went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.

Such a nice staff at this hotel! They’ve been so accommodating even with renovations and spa being closed (which is the only bummer). Ana at the cafe was the absolute sweetest and so helpful with my 7 month old. Just a great staff and lovely location

Be careful with the Valet Service. They are separate from the hotel and don't share registration info. Redundancy and wasted time just get your car.
