Dune House Hotel & Spa

I stay at hotel often. When I arrived Erin Alyssa Raley was at front desk & was very nice. I went to my room & put on workout clothes & went to workout area & it was closed for renovations. I went to front desk and said I did not know the place was under renovations when I called to Mike reservation. I thought I was speaking to hotel when I called but it was an outside service that lied to me & told me they were the hotel front desk. I told Erin this & She showed me on my phone it was expedia. I told her one of the reasons I always come to this hotel is the Pelotons in the workout area. She sent a peloton to my room for me to use. I stay in hotels 75 + nights a year & have never had such WOW & wonderful service. Erin deserves special recognition for this over the top customer experience that she turned around & made outstanding. I have told 109 business people as I do business with the Jaguars & other sports team. Erin is outstanding & a valuable asset to the success of the One Ocean. William Bori 908-616-0529

We live in Alexandria VA and make our way down and up the coast to Florida several times a year and we really enjoy stopping at the One Ocean Resort, soon to be Dune House! Excited for the renovations. We love the location right on the beach and Pet friendly!(for our cat, Snickers) The ocean side rooms are the best shot of the sunrise each morning! The setup with beach chairs, pool, poolside and beach side drinks and food are great! The onsite restaurant Azurea is also great spot. We stay here at least 2-5 times a year! If you’re traveling up and down the coast and looking for a great beach stay then please checkout One Ocean Resort soon to be Dune House! Lorraine at the front desk was great and very informative of the upcoming changes! Also a big thank you to the brand Ambassador Shannon and staff who treated me with a delicious wine and chocolate covered strawberries for my Birthday(Jan 9th). I highly recommend this resort if you’re looking for a relaxed beach visit!

We had a great experience from check-in to check-out. Everyone we interacted with—from the front desk and valet to the coffee counter—was friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better, right on the beach and surrounded by such a cute area. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. I’d definitely recommend staying at One Ocean if you’re in the area.

I had a wonderful stay! After enjoying a stunning sunrise, I took an amazing beach swim (60ish degree water was lovely in my wetsuit). After stripping off the wetsuit, I had a bracing final dip then rinsed off under the poolside shower. It was delightful to then continue my swim in the outdoor heated pool. Ahhh. Perfect way to start off the New Year!

Had a nice stay at One Ocean, even through the construction. The staff was kind and responsive. Would definitely return!

Everything else. Room was run down, dirty, noisy, the place was under construction and no resort amenities available.

Despite the renovation and noise of progress, the hotel really shined. Not the building itself, but the people inside. We found that Shannon, Valerie, Dominic, and Zora were the brighter stars that we encountered. We’re excited for the new facilities future, as we remember it’s past. We look forward to our next visit.

This place is a little piece of heaven on earth!!! From the time we arrived with valet parking to getting checked in, simply the BEST!!! Sharon, Lorraine and Debra all made our arrival amazing and stay even better!!! Our fur baby was supposed to come with us, but got sick and couldn't make the trip. We wanted to shorten our stay so we can get back to.our boy. They were very accommodating and understood our situation. They gave us the sweetest gift 🎁 for Finn to take home to him and gave us an upgrade to an ocean 💙 view room! Now we don't want to leave!!! The valet guys gave us all kinds of recommendations for favorite places to eat and were so kind and hospital! Not kidding when we say, it's paradise here!♡ The gift for Finn was from Brooklyn, & Trameka!!♡♡ THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts 💕 for making this a great start to 2026!!! We highly recommend staying here and will be back again soon with our Finn so everyone can meet him!♡

The resort and staff were exceptional especially the night staff Debra and Lorraine. My dog accompanied me (Chanel) and she is an active one but they were so kind and friendly. The resort is clean, walking distance to great dining options, the views are unimaginably beautiful. Definitely worth it!

We checked in with very late notice, Lorraine and Deborah were spectacular in helping us find accommodation. They were very clear about the reconstruction efforts at the property, which in no way detract from the stay at the property. The downtown area of Neptune Beach is a few steps away, as well as the beach, making this a top-notch property for staying in the area with family and friends.
