Good things: - Very comfortable bed in a modern room. - Big table for laptop. - Big shower with soap that smells very good. - Quiet room even if facing the street. - The girl at reception looked for the correct address of my company for the invoice. - Perfect location for train station and to walk to the old town (that's when you'll cross the shady area with junkies, who are at the other side of the station - no problems around the hotel, you may be offered drugs if you're a man but as a woman I didn't have any problems when coming late at night). Not so good things: - You have to squeeze to use the toilet. - The light switches are not conveniently placed for easy reach. - The room was too hot but it's very complicated to open the window because the Venetian blinds cannot be pulled up. - First day I could have a chocolate milk for breakfast instead of coffee or tea, second day "there were problems with delivery". I recommend this hotel.

So helpful, Salem and other other receptionist really helped us when we left some glasses in a cab, thank you very much for being a great help...and the hotel is very nice as well, good sized room, decent bathroom, just what we wanted to get the early morning train..

Excellent budget hotel - handy located for station. Friendly and helpful staff - who were very responsive to fixing an error on their part re booking - whilst this was a modest inconvenience for one night - they made a super effort to fix early the next day and resolved matter with many apologies - great service indeed and great breakfast too. Friendly place to stay. Area around hotel is a little 'edgy' at night re drug dealing -but ignoring or a firm 'no' was respected and no further interaction needed. Great city to visit and hotel great base to choose as a budget choice.

The hotel is located in the dodgy neighborhood of Frankfurt Central Station. It’s. 3 min walk from the station. The rooms are reasonably well appointed and clean. The problem I had was the poor customer service. I’ve sent an email pre arrival requesting for a quiet room; no response from the hotel. I did the same upon check in and was given a room facing the main road. It was too warm to sleep with a closed window, since the hotel does not have AC, so it was a very noisy night with drunken people on the street, traffic and delivery vans starting deliveries at 4am. The hotel wiould be a good option with some standards of customer service.

very friendly staff, breakfast moderate but very clean & friendly. convenient location. a little refrigerator in the room. I have been many times in this hotel. very reasonable price. I don't like the drug dealer around the hotel at all.

I stayed for one night before next morning flight. The service at the front desk was great. They checked in and had allocated me a room few hours before official check-in time. Nice! The hotel is within walking distance to the main sights to see in Frankfurt and just a few minutes walk to the central train station. The room was small but contained all basic things you need. Breakfast was typical but good. This hotel is one of the best values for money you can find.

Close to the Hauptbahnof and a good value.

We stayed for two nights in August. The room was basic but clean and spacious, with a particularly nice bathroom. Temperatures hit 37 degrees during our stay, and it’s worth noting that there is no aircon, but there was a large fan provided. Breakfast was simple but the staff in the breakfast room could not do enough for us and did a fantastic job, despite COVID restrictions. The hotel is within walking distance of lots of other sights to see in Frankfurt and just around the corner from the station - so convenient! The hotel itself is fine, but the surrounding area does not feel entirely safe. There were often large groups of young guys gathered, offering drugs, approaching people, shouting and playing loud music. While this wasn’t a huge problem walking around as a couple, I certainly wouldn’t have felt safe alone, particularly at night. To add to this, on several occasions, when returning to the hotel and asking for our key at reception, we were asked for the room number only. Other times, we were asked for our name too, but this never seemed to be checked against anything, which was a bit concerning.

Small but nice hotel near Frankfurt station. The service at the front desk was great! The room itself was nice and tidy. Roomservice came in every day. Breakfast was great despite the COVID-19 measures. The only drawback would be the location. While it is convenient, the area around the station is quiet filthy with a lot of homeless people and feels unsafe, especially at night.
