Good for the valve, terrible staff.

My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the train station, which is very convenient. As a solo, female traveler I was a bit nervous walking to the hotel as it’s right on the edge of a sketchy area.

Looks newly renovated in rooms. Clean, covienient to Station. Thank you for the late checkout, 12.00pm, very helpful.

By far the best value for the location, price and condition. Staff was great, breakfast was great, room was small but modern, clean and very comfortable (no air conditioning).

This hotel is in a good location. I stay here almost everytime I fly in or out of Frankfurt. The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is nice. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Good breakfast. Quiet room. Room window did not have curtains. Sunlight came in so it was a little hard to sleep.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was included. Only downside was it had no air con!

This hotel was in a good location to access the city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only small problem we experienced was that the room was very hot. We had a small pedestal fan on during the night but it only circulated the hot air. I would've left the window open if we weren't on a lower floor, as I was concerned that someone could just come in.
