Great. Close to station which of course means you do see some odd characters hanging about. Could have supplied in room tea coffee.

Hotel well located with a very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Hotel is a bit old, but very clean . Furniture inside the room is simple and functional. Breakfast was not reqlly an highlight but ok. Clerk at reception was very nice and helpful

This hotel is near to Central Station Frankfurt hbf. I was there for two nights in a single room that was enough for single person. Bathroom is OK and the kitchen for breakfast is also nice but they should add more variety in breakfast. Staff is good and speak English. You can book this hotel if you want to stay near train station and Mess Frankfurt. All the best

You step in to the Hotel, and find a man laying on his chair, barely looking at you. Then with annoying and rude manners, gives you the papers to fill up. I have been in every part of the world, and I am ready to everything, but some people make me nervous... The hotel is overall good...that's a pity.

Very good in all aspects. The room was cosy and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was good although I would have liked to be able to get my own coffee instead if asking for it. Maybe it is a question of space as the breakfast room is small. Very handy to transport and a new shopping mall.

A first floor, street facing room, twin beds, spacious, with high ceilings. An innovative, tall, bed head panel design concealed a clever space behind for hanging clothing on one side, on the other side shelves with a small fridge, and safe. Two efficient bed lights on the front of this decorative panel for reading in bed. This room layout gave the room a clean, modern, uncluttered feel. Street facing window, double glazed with electric retractable blinds to darken the room from street lighting at night. Good quality bed linen, comfortable beds. Bathroom a comfortable size, incorporating shower and WC, good hot water flow, hairdryer. The property was smoke free, though on one occasion a slight sewerage smell in the hallway. Breakfast was good, included in the rate was typical German continental buffet style with refil of tea and coffee. No kettle in room, there were large thermos flasks in reception for beverages, including bottled water. We did not encounter any unpleasant loitering persons in the area. A local police presence was evident inside and around the station.

I stayed at the Topas Hotel for three nights away in Frankfurt to visit the Christmas Markets as well as the local museums. I flew into Frankfurt Airport and took the S-Bahn to the main train station. This journey took around 10 minutes. The hotel was very easy to find from here. It was only a 5 minute walk. We were greeted by friendly reception staff who got me checked in and had allocated me a room based on my requests. A high floor room facing the back of the hotel. There was no noise from the outside at all. The room had been refurbished over the last year or two and had everything you would need. A large TV on the wall, small desk area, and a comfortable single bed. There was a little dust around the edges of the carpet in the main bedroom, but overall the room was clean and perfect for my stay. Breakfast was served downstairs in the morning and had a good selection of items - from breakfast cereals to croissants, bread rolls, cheese and ham. There were also yogurts and apples available. Drinks included coffee, tea, orange juice, mixed fruit juice as well as water. Staff were polite and friendly - especially the gentleman who was working lates on reception - He was excellent. The area surrounding the hotel is a little unpleasant especially in the evening, but as there was two of us together it wasn't a problem for us. I think you get this in most cities around the world. You just have to be careful and aware of your surroundings. I would certainly stay at this hotel again in the future if I was to travel to Frankfurt.

Walking distance of the main station but not the best area. Old town and river are a good walk away. Staff very good and room was good size and clean. We had a rear room that was quiet, rooms at front facing the road might not be. Good free breakfast. Very good value.

Great location near the railway station but a little seedy. Hotel was good value and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
