I booked a room at Super 8 Rayville La, I had a confirmation number and price was $67.07, at check in THE PRICE WAS CHANGED TO $83.56, showed my info to receptionist, she said manager would correct, left my number, manager NEVER CALLED AND CHARGES STILL ON MY CARD!! Its not just about the few extra dollars charged, ITS THE PRINCIPAL, I should be charged the amount I have receipt for agreed upon, NOT AT NEW RATE AT CHECK IN!! NOT COOL!! The receptionist was very nice, but the manager failed to correct this issue!! Please watch for "SWITCH A RATE BY SUPER 8"
The room was basic. The toilet had weak water pressure and didn't flush. There was flies in the bathroom and it had a smell.
This hotel is a poor reflection on the Super 8 hotel franchise. The hotel needs to be torn down and rebuilt.
The entrance to our room had a huge spider web in front. We knocked it down. Inside looked decent but then we saw 2 dead bugs on the floor, a huge live spider in the tub but the kicker was the roach that ran down the side of the bed after I had pulled back the cover. The sheets were dirty on one side and were in very poor condition. They probably have been bleached too many times and it’s past time to toss them. We left. I was willing to push through but our kids were insistent that they would rather sleep in the car. We turned our key back in and the lady gave us no problems. In fact, she was really sweet and apologized. She’s the best part of the motel!
My fiance and I stayed several nights as a small get away. Although the putter appearance wasn't the best, the rooms were nice and comfortable. The staff were suprisingly eager to help and very friendly
Ended up leaving. Walked in and bed wasn’t made, it was dirty. Room hasn’t been cleaned.
This place was dirty unclean bedding and room. The ordor of the the room when yiu opened the door was disgusting. Canceled my second night and booked another hotel further out from my destination.
First non-smoking room smelled of smoke, so they happily switched me.
This property is ok for longterm construction workers. Truck drivers. This is not a place I would recommend you stay with family. It is a much safer town that low.cost motels in monroe. Well light seams to be a safe area.
The rooms need repairs, new door ( security issues).
