I reserved a non smoking. I got a very smoke laden room. It was in bad repair. Toilet about fell over...no vending no snacks to buy and website says breakfasts and there was nothing! Worst stay in hotel EVER
The only good thing about my stay was I was able to check in early, the lady at the front desk was very kind and sweet. I booked this hotel under the guise of it was accommodating and provided breakfast. When we went down for breakfast we were told they just got approved to serve breakfast and they hadn’t started yet. I asked where there vouchers or something else offered and was told no. Not to mention one of the staff told us we were overcharged for the room and they could’ve given us vouchers for breakfast but chose not to. I wouldn’t of paid 85 dollars to stay here had I known breakfast wouldn’t be served and that they weren’t willing to accommodate me and my 3 kids.
We had no problems here. The beds were uncomfortable. Local restaurant had great food.
Stains in the sheet and covers .. stains in pillow covers… stuff hanging out of the walls.. mattresses was hard and unable to get a good night rest. The pillow was very small and not comfortable and cushy
System was down .attendent worked hard to get us taken of.i had also changed my reservation on line and had to pay more at the locatation even though the price didnt change online but overall its was fine.
Poor. The picture I saw was not the one that my gps sent me too. Run down!
The lady checking us in very very very slow it took her about 15 minutes to check us in that’s the only complaint we had it was very Late and too tired to notice anything else
This place is poorly organized. When we arrived the lobby was closed. We arrived about 3:00 pm and had to use the night window, the lady that checked us in was Wispering so she wouldn’t upset her boss. She took my ID and credit card and told us to wait in the car. After about eight minutes she brought the room key and my ID to me. When we got to our room the key wouldn’t work So I went back to the night window and waited for her to notice me. She told me to wait a few minutes and she would let us in with her pass key. It was over 90 degrees, beyond warm. This was the strangest experience I’ve ever had at a motel. Someone did come by and rekey the door. I think wasn’t a pleasant experience.
Could not check in until after 3. There was stained sheets and blankets. And I also found in identified bugs. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Definitely not worth the money
This was the worst place to spend the night! We came here to get away from Hurricane Ida and we left and went to Ruston the next day thats how terrible it was. We didnt even feel safe! AC broke, empty beer bottle, cobwebs, bugs everywhere! DO NOT STAY HERE! RUN!
