Very good place to stay

The room smelled excessively of cleaning fluids. And when my wife left an item in the room, the staff said it was not there. We were sad that they kept this piece of clothing.

Crappy pilled bedding, soggy spongy carpeting, anemic noisy ac, and bright enough in the room to read a book (I know, I tried it). Worst of all were the bug bites on my ankles after just one night of a planned 3 night stay. Miserable, awful experience, probably the worst I’ve experienced in all our travels. We left after one lousy night of three hours of sleep. Never ever again!

At 7:15 AM, breakfast was wiped out. Bagels, cream cheese, hard boiled eggs, coffee, and grab and go snacks were depleted. Niah, the front desk attendant, seemed put out when I asked her to replenish the food. I personally went into the back kitchen by myself to get what I needed. The back kitchen was filthy.

We booked a king bed in regular room. Very surprised to see a jaccuzzi in the room. Continental breakfast options were extremely limited. No bread/bagels/muffins. Coffee was good tho.

We checked in pretty late and the room was filled with a chemical cleaning product smell. Luckily we were able to open the windows to help clear it out. The bed was comfortable though. I think they need to do a deep cleaning and lay off the chemicals.

Way nicer than I was expecting.

You canceled my reservation which made checking in very difficult.

It was nice. Quiet.

Facility was clean and the service was very good. The breakfast options are very basic.
