You canceled my reservation which made checking in very difficult.

It was nice. Quiet.

Facility was clean and the service was very good. The breakfast options are very basic.

Cheri was extraordinary!! The room and facilities were tired. Needs repair.

This place is not worth your time or money. We stayed here as it was the only place in the area with a pet friendly room for the dates we needed. Broken key card reader- front desk staff had to use a tool to bypass the card reader and let us into our room every time. Only 1 person knew how to use it, the others had to call other staff members for help. Toilet wouldn't flush, HUGE gross stain on the carpet. They switched our room. New room was minimally clean, bathroom door handle was nearly falling off, TV didn't work, can lights falling out of the ceiling, bathroom faucet was pulled out of the counter, bathroom counter overhung the cabinet, making it difficult to sit on the toilet- you had to sit on the toilet at an angle and stand up at an angle to avoid hitting the counter top. Jacuzzi tub didn't work (not that we'd have felt safe to use it based on the overall cleanliness and condition of the hotel anyway). We were informed the hotel fired the maintenance person over a year ago and they currently do not have anyone to do maintenance- IT SHOWS. Positives: Front desk staff were very friendly, excellent breakfast restaurant just across the parking lot.

This was a great Super 8! It was clean and safe. The air conditioner worked great in the room. I would stay here again!

Pleasant accommodating staff

First room smelled smoked in. Transferred to second room. Curtains coming off rod. Noisy AC. Bath vent fan non-functional. Drip in tub faucet. Worn carpet exposing tacks by bath threshold.
