"Staff were extremely helpful as I said and I skepticism well on an extremely comfortable bed."

Helpful staff comfortable bed

The size of the bathroom and bedroom. Found a blood stain on the sheet which could have been sorted before washing it. As I said staff were extremely heloful

It was a bed that I could sleep in.

The room was freezing cold. Was not preheated for my arrival. The a/c window unit was leaking cold air from outside (minus 25 C). there was what looked liked dry urine splashed on the toilet seat. It was too cold to go back to the office to complain- so I cleaned it
