All the broken floor tiles in the bathroom. You could obviously tell that they have been broken for quite sometime. I can tell this as I am a building contractor.

"Location is convenient, hearing guests and what they’re doing in their rooms around us was not pleasant."

You can hear what others are doing in rooms around you. Kids running up and down the halls, and can hear people getting it on in the next room. All that made it feel like a cheap motel…
