Cristina was amazing at the front desk, she made sure we felt at home...room was in very good condition when we arrived..

I travel to San Diego for business weekly and stay at this Holiday Inn on a regular basis. The rooms are always clean and well prepared. The free breakfast is good and over the course of several days offers some variety. It has great access to the freeway and there several restaurants nearby. The staff is what makes this property stand out. They are always very helpful, and welcoming. Christina at the front desk I always there with a smile and greets me by name. The biggest draw back is that the hotel shares a parking lot with another hotel, so parking gets a bit tight sometimes.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Viz Arely, Public Attendant. I accidentally left my glasses behind while checking out, and Viz didn’t just do the minimum — he truly went above and beyond. He took the time to look for them, followed up, and didn’t give up until they were found. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. Exceptional customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Viz, for looking out for people and treating them with care and respect!

I liked the location near my event

The room was next to the elevator, ice machine, and some electrical maintenance room. Some machinery was working on and off while night. The bad was comfortable and room was good but I was not able to sleep much. :)) Second night I was tired enough and slept through this :).

Parking fee? Are you serious?

Breakfast was delicious. Bacon was crisp, eggs were perfect and the Cinnabon was an unexpected treat. Love the varieties of juices, muffins, etc. plenty of fresh coffee and variety of teas.
