"Another great stay"

Checked in super late the first time and wasn’t as impressed with the bed/room as we have been the last 4 or 5 times. Went down and got help from Mila at the front desk and she was super sweet and helpful. She was able to get our room switched and everything was perfect. The public attendant Viz was very attentive and quick to help when we requested some extra items. He was up stairs in what seemed was seconds after calling the front desk!

The room we stayed in was clean. Isabel at breakfast service did an excellent job. I would recommend this holiday inn for its cleanliness and service.
