工作人员非常好、早餐也非常棒种类繁多都很美味、酒店非常干净、软件设施全满分、情绪价值极高、住的亲子房，桌角墙角都很贴心的贴上软包，很安全，孩子非常开心、有需要帮助的时候打客房服务电话对应超级迅速、退房时候还送了水果、真的是全满分的体验、如果想要去长隆的话需要注意的是酒店没有九点只有一班车去长隆、可以提前在酒店寄存行李、在长隆玩的非常好👍

没有不满意的、提几点建议、 1.设施比较陈旧，浴室的设备如果更新一下会更好，没有可以放自己洗漱用品的台子 2.儿童房滑梯还有床没有拖鞋区，只能光脚跑感觉不是很卫生，如果可以把儿童区改成软包脱鞋入场的会更好。儿童区的小楼梯有几次撞倒腿，要是也可以贴上防撞条就更完美 希望以后还有机会入住

住了分別兩個晚上，雙床房樓層安排在17樓，望旅處見到少量海景。 雙床房每張床有1.2m, 不會太窄勉強夠一大一小睡一床，所以頗多家庭客。 酒店泳池不太大，週末淺水區都擠滿了人，而成人池又太深，腳踩不到池底，游一會會累，注意泳池需要帶泳帽才可進池。 酒店的自助早餐算是豐富，個人感覺是整體加分的地方。 酒店附近沒有什麼可逛，但往景山公園或城市陽台可以走路過去, 大概15-18分鐘。
