Crowne Plaza Zhuhai City Center by IHG

這次主要為丈夫慶祝生日。在前台通知酒店員工，前台同事Merry Wu不但為我們upgrade了房間，為我們準備了蛋糕，之後還致電房間查詢是否滿意，很周到很體貼。

洗手間比較暗，床頭有一盞閱讀燈壞了。

The room is big and comfortable to stay. Just that the swimming pool could be better equipped and decorated, like having more umbrellas and sunbathing benches, support handles or steps in deeper zones; The breakfast buffet is okay but the food made at lobby café at lunch time was not quite up to standard

Convenient location, spacious rooms, excellent and helpful service and hospitality especially at check in and check out. Very good buffet breakfast and semi-buffet dinner.

Slechte service

We hebben 2 kamers met halfpension geboekt, we zijn met 4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen.bij het restaurant kregen we te horen dat we alleen eten kreeg voor 4 personen en de andere 4 niks!!we zijn maar buiten gaan eten zowel ontbijt als diner.bij booking gemeld.ze zouden nog contact met ons opnemen, helaas geen gehoord.later bel de receptie en zei dat het duidelijk bij hun voorwaarden stond dat ze eten aanbied voor 2 persoon per kamer.nou ik weet niet welke voorwaarden, bij booking.com staat duidelijk dat ik halfpension heb geboekt.zeer teleurstelling!!!!!

We had a comfortable stay. Rooms were quite spacious and very quiet. Service staff were lovely but service overall was quite slow.

Everything is perfect. Big nice room with everything you need. Good gym. Good breakfast.

A little far from shops. Somehow very crowded. Hallway smells like cigarettes.

The hotel is in good location and close to many good tourist places. The hotel manager (Jack Wei) did give a warm welcome when we walked into the hotel. He did provide us many good suggestion based on our situation regarding what to see and what to eat to experience the beautiful Zhuhai city. The hotel's buffet breakfast was very good and level 4 restaurant's food and services were excellent (good food quality and reasonable price). The restaurant's 2 managers also did good chat with us and made us feel very happy. the hotl's concierge manager (Tony Yi) also provided us good suggestion to visit Macau and other markets etc. Overall , we had very happy 4 days while we were staying in this hotel. Very recommend to people to go this hotel if you are going to Zhuhai for a holiday!

The room was nice. Within walking distance there were a lot of small stores from restaurant, bakery, dessert, pharmacy, fruits, etc. The brealfast was okay.

I think to go anywhere else needs to call taxi. I'm not too sure though.
