Bathroom fan didn't work properly or not at all

The staff was friendly and understanding of our concerns.

I went into the room and found black mold in the bathroom. When the shower turned on it was very potent. The flooring in the shower and bathroom was sinking when we stood on it. We should have visited the front desk to ask for a change in rooms. The staff was very friendly- but unfortunately the state of the bathroom was scary

It was clean, cozy, and great view!

Close to Leadville

Microwave didn’t work. Room temperature was super weird.

Other than it was close to downtown.

Really not much. We had to argue to get 3 towel every night. Wee had 3 ppl in our room. The manager would try to give us 1 for 3 ppl. My husband had to use had towels to dry off because he would never give 3 towels. Im sorry but my family wanted fresh towels after our adventures we went on. The manager was the only person that gave us problems every single time. Over 3 towels for 3 ppl.
