Staff took to long to help when we need it

The staff were nice and good breakfast

The mattress has very uncomfortable. Neck and shoulders hurt for days

Clean comfortable bed. Shower was hot and had good pressure.

Smelled heavily of cleaning materials. Room is just dark.

Coffee was a week weak

The price was fair, the room was actually pretty quiet at night and the AC did work well. Checked in early (despite the hand written signs saying no early check-in). Needed more than 2 pillows and a light weight blanket. The room served it's purpose as far as a bed for the night, but that is about it.

The outdoor sign wasn't lit up at all so you can't see it or the hotel in the dark, the parking lot is in need of repair and striping, lots of half completed construction attached to the hotel that looks like it may never get completed. The "queen bed" was very small to be a queen. I'd guess it was a full bed. There was only 1 night stand. Stayed on the 3rd floor but there are no elevators so luggage had to be carried up and down. Took a few times for the front desk to get a key to work.
