Pool area needs to be maintained. Breakfast below par. Extreme stickelers to the 4:00 check in. Not an issue, but note to others this is a 1970’s through back hotel.

The location was fine.

We booked this property based on Booking.com’s “Very Good” 8.1 rating, but our experience was completely inconsistent with that score. Upon entering the room, we found hair scattered throughout the bedding and mattress pads. There were also visible stains and spots on the mattress covers and bedding, raising serious concerns about whether the linens had been properly cleaned between guests. The condition of the room immediately made us question the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the property. We have photographs documenting the condition of the bedding and mattress pads, including the hair and staining that we observed upon arrival. These photos clearly support our concerns regarding the property’s housekeeping standards. Because we did not feel comfortable staying in the room, we were forced to find alternative accommodations at the last minute. Unfortunately, this resulted in a significantly higher lodging expense than we had planned and than the rates that were available when we originally booked this stay. Having to secure another hotel on short notice created both unnecessary stress and unexpected additional costs during our trip. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when booking a hotel room, and unfortunately, this property failed to meet that standard. We had no confidence in the cleanliness of the room and did not feel comfortable staying on the property. We believe the condition of the room and the housekeeping issues we encountered do not accurately reflect the 8.1 rating displayed on Booking.com. We hope both the property management and Booking.com carefully review this matter so future guests can make informed decisions.

Bed was incredibly comfortable, towels were surprisingly luxurious, and it was wonderful to have our dog with us.

It's a little noisy maybe because of the lack of carpeting (makes sense for a dog-friendly hotel).

Good breakfast. Fair amount of traffic on route 50 but not too bad at night.

Facilities need a little bit of work. Door to bathroom hinges need lubricant. Toilet seat needs tightening. Floors need a little more cleaning.

Close to downtown relaxed outdoor hangout area

Only one out of three hot tubs worked so there was a waiting time to us it 😔 three story building with no elevator very out of date bathrooms
