"A bit expensive but okay overall."

Location, large room

Heard alarm go off 4 times on one side, heard the guest on the other calling for soap that was empty in his room. Initially charged $10 for an upgrade we did not request but given because the room we requested wasn’t available. We were credited back the next day.
