Super 8 by Wyndham Pueblo

Everything was okay until it came to check out! The front lady at the desk charged us for a hand towel that DID NOT belong to us or them! So we tried ask why the charge if it wasn’t hers or ours. But she couldn’t give us an explanation but going back to “ this isn’t mine “ DEFINITELY will not be going back! She needs to get her story straight but obviously they needed extra money from us!! If ratings could go low I’d a negative!

Was not charged the Expedia rate, over charged

It looked like the pictures and was clean and quiet.

The breakfast was not great. I expected more than a waffle and Luke warm coffee.

Very clean comfortable room

Tub was slick...need to put a texture on it so someone won't slip and hurt themselves. Could use a light when first entering the room instead of over the bed

I loved the staff the were super friendly. It was nice and quiet. I accidentally got loced ojt of the room and staff was supper nice and helpful.

We experienced the rudest, most condescending customer service upon check in from the front desk girl, with smirks, sarcasm and a little racism thrown in. We left prudently to never return. As a frequent traveler and hotel quest, i have rarely been this disappointed!

The reason why I gave them five stars is because they treated me and my dad with a lot of respect they never bother it is that's good security around the whole motel and the staff were really excellent with us and they were bothered us they did the housekeeping good and the check-in was really great too they were pretty cool about it too that's why I gave them all five stars thank you have a good day anybody that stays here they will like it cuz I have an indoor pool and a hot tub the rooms are clean the better comfortable you have everything you have good air conditioning in there to keep you nice and cool my dad enjoyed it so here you go five stars yay any questions feel free to contact us thank you very much

Very clean and friendly.

On the website it says that they're pet friendly and they had a sign saying that you had to identify your dog and there was a $250 deposit. Understandable. But when I brought my service dog in they told me that there were no pets wouldn't even let me talk. So I simply took my dog and left. My family is staying here so I had to come back and it says that they have a continental breakfast. They do not have a continental breakfast. They have waffles coffee tea but nothing else. No protein. No eggs. Nothing. Yes, this company is under construction but the ignorance of their own policies is the problem also front desk staff not friendly. Says no vaping smoking or marijuana the entire hall smelt like marijuana when we got here.
