Noises

1. No regular water facility except vending machine where you need to buy. They asked me to drink water from washroom tap. 2. Washroom was in pathetic condition. 3. Wifi was not accessible from room. 4. No item in breakfast except cakes,coffee & apple juice. Not even a bottle of water.

Medicine was found on the floor from previous tenants, so cleaning wasn't thorough. No towels or wash rags in the room. No breakfast served during our stay. Was told before booking that rollaway beds were available for $10 a night, but none were available. Staff was friendly, but I won't take my family there again.

First off i reserved a king size room and got a double queen, i filtered out when looking fir a hotel that it would have breakfast and a pool...and it had no pool and the breakfast was a JOKE! a selection of 2 muffins...barely any waffle mix, employee got mad when i asked for more mix and then on top of that, no syrup...how is this breakfast?? Then we couldnt take anything back to the room...but yet we can krder v out.it sucked overall

Shouldn't be so strick with early check-in

The refrigerator didnt work, hanging smoke alarm, old dated disrepaired room. Holes in the walls, curtains and bedspreds. Praling paint. Hotrible hotel soap. Thon itchey towels. There were roaches in my room. The pool was not in service - it was adversied with a lovely pool.

It was a nice location just minutes from my appointment area but I got charge double I paid at the location and I got charge through Expedia also so one of the two need to refund me my money back. But other than that it was a good place.

We arrived at 6pm to check in. There was a sign on the door that said "will return soon". A gentleman who said he works maintenance said there was a scheduling issue and that the person will be there in about 30 min. We went friveng around for over 30 min just to pass the time, then returned, still no one to check us in. By 730, finally someone showed up. He was very appologetic, came in from out of town on his day off to help us. All the employees here were very kind, too bad the place is not as kind i booked a room from expedia, described as multiple beds, 2 queen one twin. The hotel does not have such room. I only chose this hotel because it had 3 beds. My son is special needs and i wanted us to all have our own bed so we may all be comfortable. I was forced to share a bed with my mother. Late at night, we were awoken by a woman at our window screaming, "leave me alone, it's over". The next night, a man yell8ng outside our doir. The third night, a couple upstairs arguing. I didn't ask for the midnite soap operas happening there. The employees are good people, too bad their workplace doesn't reflect that. Oh yeah, the roach in the bathroom took off when i turned on the light
