Super 8 by Wyndham San Antonio Pearl District / Downtown

I found an underwear under the couch and wasnt mine, the toilet had lot of mooh, if I turn off the air conditioner there was a lot of humidity that the floor got wet, wehad to change of room cus the tv and lamps stop working suddenly

Our room got flooded due to the overnight rain. We only got a partial clean up after calling the front office and no accommodation or refund was offered.

This is not a place where I would take family and friends to stay. I do not see how employees on site and District Managers for that area could let the hotel get this bad. The stairs and walkways are unsafe. The door frame looked like it has been kicked in and doors locks didn't work. The microwave was rusty, the chair ripped, dust on the air conditioner, pubic hair on the toilet and the sink counter was broken. We were shown 2 rooms and both were disgusting. Afraid to sit on the bed or in the chair. Very disappointed. Have stayed at Wyndham before but after this but never again. Pictures of this hotel are great but definitely not what the hotel actually looks like; very bad advertising.

It was exactly what I payed for. which is to say not much, but it was clean and quiet.

Dirty

Booke the room 2 nights for a San Antonio event. No wash cloths.. room and entire hotel was dirty and poorly maintained. Very dissapointed. Never again

Never will i go back to a super 8 again. The first room they checked us into seemed to be kickdoored in. The front door would not stay closed (SAFTY HAZZARD).The second room they put us in was a disgusting mess with dried fluids everywhere and a genuine wet spot in the middle of the bed. Needless to say we left within 10 minutes of finding a diffrent hotel. The staff was friendly but what turned me off of the whole situation is what she said. ("Well you know this is a super 8 you get what you pay for"). I hope that yall use the money that yall wont refund to at least clean the sheets!

This location is not at all lile the other branded Super 9 by Wyndham. I would definitely have an audit done. Unfortunately the location is old, poorly maintained and managed. The staff is undertrained. I had to cancel mybyrip after stay one nighy and tje personnel of staff at the time could not appropriately reimburse me or check me out. My checking account was charged and reimbursed several time. It was a mess. I probably will not ever stay at this location again, which is a shame because it is centrally located
